Founded in 2002 in Bur Dubai, Thalashery Cafeteria began its journey in the heart of the city, offering something truly unique — a rich variety of masala-infused grilled chicken that quickly became a local favorite. Our journey of flavor took a new leap in 2018 with the opening of Rayyan Cafeteria in Al Nahda, Dubai. With the same dedication to taste and quality, we introduced exclusive shawarma varieties that brought in loyal customers from all over the city. Each wrap, each bite, carried the warmth of our kitchen and the essence of our culinary roots. In 2021, we added another chapter with the launch of Tea Thalashery, blending the art of brewing with the love for street-style snacks and quick bites. We expanded our offerings to include juicy burgers, flavorful wraps, fresh juices, specialty teas, and classic snacks, all served with the same passion and hospitality that defined us from the beginning.
